Notice Details The Town of Riverview is currently seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide Municipal By-Law Enforcement Services that will meet the needs of the Town as defined in the Request for Proposal.
Proponents are requested to supply trained By-Law Enforcement officers complete with uniform and vehicle to enforce Municipal By-Laws as detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The service will include enforcing the Local Government's by-laws through a range of by-law enforcement activities by an appointed by-law enforcement officer. The work shall consist of providing inspection, documentation, and enforcement services related to the enforcement of assigned by-laws by the Clerk of the Local Government which may include issuing penalty notices, learning and using relevant software dialoguing with property owners or tenants, serving various documents, acting as witnesses for various court proceedings and such other related tasks pertaining to Municipal Enforcement.
The initial term of the contract shall be for two (2) years, commencing on January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2027. The Town shall have the option to renew the contract annually for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
Proposals must be delivered to the Town Clerk's Office, Riverview Town Hall, 30 Honour House Court, Riverview, NB, no later than September 5, 2025, 12:00 p.m., Atlantic Standard Time
