The Lee Lab uses systems biology approaches to characterize host-pathogen-environment interactions. SFU is seeking a multimode cell imaging and plate reader that can allow us to perform time-course imaging to: (1) monitor host-pathogen interactions, (2) assess pathogen growth in liquid culture or under 3D biofilm condition, (3) perform pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of antibiotics screens, (4) measure enzymatic or cytokine assays as well as standard endpoint measurement to quantify nucleic acids.
