- CEC is looking to support the College employees and their families with the creation of a Mental Health Wellness program that will supplement the support that is currently provided through the group benefits plan and the Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Consortium EFAP (CAAT Consortium EFAP).The proposed CAAT Mental Health Wellness Consortium will be the grouping of the 24 Colleges to effect economies of scale for all available services and standardize the core services provided to the members. Note, each College will have the option to join the CAAT Mental Health Consortium.Through promotion of the program, it is the hope of CEC that majority of Colleges will elect to participate.
