- Beaver Emergency Services provides emergency response and emergency management within the boundaries of Beaver County through governance, coordination of funding and resources, communication and consulting with stakeholders. BESC is a not for profit organization, with six fire stations and one administration office, which houses the server. All locations have the ability to remote in to the server, as well as from remote areas with the BESC laptops. Also, in a situation where BESC-s Emergency Management plan is invoked, BESC requires remote access and IT support for its Emergency Command Centre (ECC) and reception centers.
