SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEW DUTCH DOOR AND HARDWARE.- REMOVE ENCLOSED OFFICE AA230. RE-USE EXISTING DOOR AND HARDWARE AND INSTALL FOR OFFICE AA248.- EXISTING MILLWORK TO BE REMOVED FROM ROOM AA248. WALL, FLOOR TO BE PATCHED AND MADE GOOD.- SUPPLY AND INSTALL MILLWORK TO CREATE A "DRY KITCHEN"- PATCH, PAINT AND MAKE GOOD THROUGHOUT- SUPPLY AND INSTALL WALL MURALS AS SPECIFIED.- MODIFY PLACEMENT OF EXIT SIGNS- REAPIR AND MAKE GOOD SUSPENDED CEILING/DRYWALL AS REQUIRED.- INSTALL NEW CARPETING AND MARMOLEUM FLOOR FINISH AS REQUIRED. (SUPPLIED)ELECTRICAL- SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEW ELECTRICAL TO SUPPORT NEW WORKSTATION LAYOUT, AND NEW MILLWORK- RELOCATE/MODIFY ELECTRICAL AS REQUIRED (INLCUDING CARD SWIPES ETC.)- RELOCATE AND MODIFY CEILING TILES TO MATCH EXISTING AS REQUIRED.SECURITY- RELOCATE EXISTING CARD ACCESS READERS TO ACCOMMODATE NEWLY RELOCATED ENTRANCE.
