- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Landscaping Maintenance Services on the Port Mersey Waterfront as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. BNS is seeking a qualified landscaping and grounds maintenance service company (e.g., corporation, partnership, proprietorship) to provide seasonal landscaping and grounds maintenance services on the Port Mersey Waterfront. The Successful Proponent will possess the experience, equipment, and operational capacity to provide services like grass cutting, plant bed maintenance, property clean-ups, and seasonal preparation work in the spring and fall.
