Integrated Project Delivery Design and Construction ServicesArctic Over The Horizon Radar (A-OTHR) Infrastructure, Multiple Locations in Central OntarioDEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting Proposals from integrated teams consisting of a Consultant(s) (Architect and Engineer), Contractor(s) (General Contractor and a Heavy Civil Contractor), and, if applicable, Other IPD parties to design and construct the A-OTHR Infrastructure at multiple locations in central Ontario, following an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach.
