Description : The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Supplier to provide Infrastructure Ontario-s (IO) Human Resources (HR) department with a new Performance Management Solution (PMS) using a Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment model for enterprise-wide use. The PMS will go-live on April 1, 2021 to align with IO-s next fiscal year. The PMS shall enable employees to manage performance over multiple performance year cycles and include connection to a variety of other HR practices and tools which may also be considered as part of the scope of services. - Documents :
