- The purpose of this RFP is to select a fleet insurance broker with experience in providing all required fleet insurance needs for the City of Abbotsford (“the City”) municipal fleet including Public Works, Parks and Recreation, Police, Fire and Rescue Services, Airport and all other vehicles and licensed equipment; totalling approximately 733 licensed vehicles.
This requirement includes insurance broker Services (“The Services”) and expertise to advise in best practices, streamlining systems and procedures, optimum insurance coverage, annual and ongoing renewals, mobile Services to the City-s sites, and to provide emergency Service. The objective is to select the Broker that can provide all of the City-s fleet insurance, licencing and related needs; respondents are requested to provide information that assists the City to determine the response most advantageous to the City. - Documents:
