Canadian Museum of History100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QCRequest for Proposals (RFP) for Fabrication and Installation Services for CaACW, a temporary exhibition at the CWMThe Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have managerial, technical and fabrication experience in providing exhibitry fabrication, graphic production and installation services for the Canadian War Museum-s upcoming exhibition Close to Conflict: Canada and the American Civil War (CaACW) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum.The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documents including, but not limited to, the following Deliverables: Project kick-off Phase 1: Preliminary Design Cost Estimation and Adjustment proposals Phase 2: Final Design Cost Estimation and Adjustment Proposals Phase 3: Samples & Technical Drawing feedback Phase 4: Shop Drawings and Fabrication Phase 5: Installation Phase 6: Close-OutTo be considered, Proposals must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System.
