Description:
Provincial Health Services Authority (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A- to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to F752-00 BC Cancer Surrey CT Sim (the “Project”).

The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and additional consultants not set forth in the Services outlined below.

Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical. Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for ACUTE CARE PROJECTS 150K are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for ACUTE CARE PROJECTS 150K .

Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority-s pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): • mechanical; • electrical; • structural;
