Description:
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for External Review Shared Health Child and Youth Mental Health & Addiction Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The RFP is to select one Supplier to provide external review as indicated in the Deliverables. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 12 months, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for one optional term of 12 months. In consideration of Shared Health's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Shared Health may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
