Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software System, Ottawa, ON (Project No. DCC-IT-020-03) DescriptionDEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting proposals from software publishers for the provision of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software System in theform of a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.The objective of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select the proponent with the highest total score. Information provided by the proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP which will consist of a 2-stepsolicitation approach. This notice consists of step 1 of the solicitation process.
