- SaskWater invites qualified proponents to submit a proposal in reponse to following RFP for Engineering Design and Construction Support Services for SSNPCBD Reach 03 Canal Upgrade Project. The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by SaskWater is to find a qualified consultant capable of providing engineering design services and construction support for the SSNPCBD Reach 03 Canal Upgrade project. The project aims to rehabilitate the canal and enhance its capacity by replacing existing structures. The project will focus on rehabilitating Reach 03, which extends from Blackstrap Reservoir to Zelma Reservoir. The selected proponent must demonstrate innovation, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with SaskWater- s strategic priorities. The scope of work includes engineering services, surveys, geotechnical investigations, design, regulatory work, procurement services, construction oversight, and post-construction services. The consultant is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, conducting land control and regulatory work, and collaborating with stakeholders.
