The purpose of this RFP is to: a) receive proposals that meet the requirements of the RFP and contain sufficient information for Shared Health to identify one or more top ranked Proponents. Proposals will be analyzed, and Proponents may be asked to meet with Shared Health to provide additional information as per this RFP process; and b) establish a contract between the top ranked Proponent(s) and Shared Health to provide the equipment and consumables as outlined in this RFP. - Documents:
