- The scope of work for this project generally includes the design-build construction of the proposed New Band Office Project for Little Saskatchewan First Nation, including: Band Office building 5,544 ft² (515 m²) based off of the Needs Assessment submitted by Little Saskatchewan First Nation. (See Program of Spaces under Plans and Specifications), Site development including water and wastewater service connections, gravel parking lot, approach, final grading, and general landscaping, and Utility tie-ins for the new facility including electrical service connection (coordinated through MB Hydro) and telephone/internet (coordinated through Bell/MTS).
