- The city of Flin Flon is looking for the complete demolition of the multi-story hotel structure, including all above-ground and below-ground components. Work includes disconnection of the utilities from the city and capped, removal of hazardous materials (asbestos), structural teardown using appropriatemechanical or controlled demolition methods, and complete site clean-up. All concrete from this site will need to be ground down, steel removed and disposed of at the city warehouse scrap steel pile, crushed concrete to be piled at The City of Flin FlonWarehouse.
