- Scope of Work:Interior fit-up of tenant space within a federal government office building. Fit-up areas include part of the first floor, and a majority of the second and third floors. The client will be pursing a furniture-forward approach (consultant not required to assist with furniture procurement), but space modifications will still be required in order to meet GCWorkplace standards under the Workplace Transformation Program (WTP). Fit-up items include, but are not limited to: room reconfiguration and the building of walls, applicable electrical and mechanical modifications, new flooring and paint, new doors and sidelights where applicable, millwork design and installation, provision of whiteboards and acoustic elements, etc.Please refer to Appendix D Scope of Work for additional details.
