Summary Details
The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Construction Management Firms in accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Construction Manager (CM) to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for CRHC-s proposed affordable housing redevelopment project, located at 1132 & 1138 Johnson St., Victoria, British Columbia.
