Description:
CMH Redevelopment located at Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake, BC, includes a relocation of Pharmacy, Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical Inpatient Units, Maternity Unit, including a new Gift Shop, Indigenous Patient Navigator Office, IMIT Workroom, Bio-Med Workroom, Medical Health Records, and associated staff offices, meeting rooms and lounge rooms from existing facility to the new building. The relocation will also involve coordinated patient moves, physical transport of equipment and furnishings, and installation support as outlined in the Attachment A.
The Services are expected to commence by June 2025 with the work estimated to complete by November 2026.
IH intends to issue the successful Proponent a General Service Agreement (GSA), as amended by the general conditions included in Attachment C.
