- This RFP seeks proposals from qualified proponents for a lease solution of an existing dark fiber connection including 24X7X365 maintenance and support. This project involves the installation of an end-to-end dark fiber connection between two City buildings: 32160 S Fraser Way (Newly acquired City building) and 32315 South Fraser Way (City Hall), as decribed in details in the RFP documents.
