AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 28, 2025 at 2:00pmEDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pmEDT will result in thebid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Canadian Heritage requires the establishment of a support contract to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, replace and add new physical security hardware to the existing systems over fifteen locations spread out through eight provinces on an as-neededbasis. Offerors must complete and sign the Confidentiality Agreement and provide it to the Contracting Authority before they are given access to the complete Request ForProposals.
