- The CVRD is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced consultants for non-destructive asset inventories, building condition assessments (BCAs), reserve fund studies, facility condition indexes and preventative maintenance plans for seven CVRD facilities possibly up to four community halls that it supports. Additionally, the CVRD is seeking integrated energy audits of six of the CVRD facilities that will be undergoing the above-noted assessments.
