Description : Development of a Baseline Evaluation Framework that will assess the roll-out of THRC training delivery across the Canadian trucking and logistics sector (including three online training modules and three in-person training courses). Once the training becomes available to the sector in January 2021, the evaluation framework and performance indicators will measure improved knowledge and understanding of: (a) the extent of harassment and violence in the trucking sector across Canada, and (b) of the appropriate measures to reduce/prevent incidents. The successful contractor will: Develop a detailed evaluation framework and methodology through which to assess sector outcomes in an ongoing evaluation of the multi-year training project; Recommend meaningful, robust and practical indicators; Collect and analyze appropriate metrics and data for measuring the impact and effectiveness of THRC workplace anti-harassment and violence training on the target population (employers and employees of the sector); and Analyze results and advise on outcome metrics in a Final Report. - Documents:
