Description:
The Airport Authority is undertaking progressive upgrades to the Sea Island (SI) perimeter dike to accommodate sea level rise due to climate change. The segment scheduled for upgrading in 2026 is located primarily within the Sea Island Conservation Area (SICA) East, extending approximately 2.5 km along the northeastern shoreline of SI from McDonald Road to Grauer Road. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for seeking a General Contractor (GC) to complete the main scope of this project - Phase 2 Dike Construction. Prior to Phase 2, Phase 1 Vegetation Clearing has been completed by early March 2026.
