Architect as Prime Consultant for the Horseshoe Bay Terminal Operations Centre Relocation

This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for qualified architectural firms to provide professional services as Prime Consultant related to the design and delivery of a new Terminal Operations Centre (TOC) at BC Ferries- Horseshoe Bay Terminal (HSB), “the Project”. The TOC, sometimes known as the control tower, provides a critical function to terminal operations.
