Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply & Delivery of Janitorial Supplies, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is for Supply and Delivery only and does not include janitorial cleaning services. The CVRD is inviting proposals from experienced and qualified janitorial and cleaning supply providers who offer a full range of commercial janitorial supplies, paper towels, toilet tissue and corresponding dispensers to be shipped to multiple delivery locations on an “as and when required” basis. Notes This will be the only notice posted to BC Bid concerning this project. All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response. All awards and results will be posted on CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire https://cvrd.bonfirehub.ca/portal/?tab=pastOpportunities.
