Description:
ATB is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to deliver an advanced Virtual Agent (VA) solution aimed at enhancing client interactions, supporting internal team efficiency, and aligning with ATB-s evolving technology and regulatory requirements. This solution should provide robust natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, allowing for effective, context-aware client support across various platforms and channels. The VA must integrate seamlessly with ATB-s existing systems, support both structured and unstructured data, and be scalable to support ATB's growing utilization of AI. Key objectives include improved client experience, optimized team member support, and a high standard of data security and compliance with ATB and industry regulations. The intent of this RFP is to identify one or more Proponent(s) with whom ATB may enter into negotiations regarding a Formal Agreement for the provision of some or all of the following services: development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of a Virtual Agent tool, with customized capabilities to meet ATB-s requirements across contact centres, risk management, and operational efficiency.
