- The service provider (the "Contractor") will assume responsibility and control of the management and operations of the College's Food Services Program, consisting of the operation of the College's Retail Food Services and Catering Services and provision of Related Services and Requirements as specified in Section 3 (Food Services Program) of this Scope of Work.In order to participate in RFP 25023B (Main RFP) all Service Providers must sign and submit both the Non-Disclosure Agreement and Mandatory Requirements on the Euna ( Bonfire) site prior to the deadline of Friday November 7, 2025 @ 2:00 PM ET. Those submitted Service Providers will be invited to participate in the Main RFP process.
