- The County-s Transportation Engineering and Operations is seeking a Supplier to provide the collection of standard road condition ratings for the selected road segments and upload condition data into the Road Matrix software. The County maintains a flexible pavement roadway network of approximately 1,494 km. As part of its asset management system, The County requires annual collection of roadway condition and performance data as part of a three (3) year program, with each network data collection carried out on a three-year cycle.
