Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Budget Software Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The CVRD is interested in obtaining a budgeting software solution with a single, unified tool that manages data, calculations, workflows, and has the reporting capabilities typically needed in the budget process in a regional district context. This includes operating budgets, capital budgets, position (staffing) budgets, and reserve fund budgets. The solution also requires the capability to prepare alternative scenarios, forecast multiple years and produce external facing quality reports directly from the solution. The CVRD-s objective is to complete the implementation of the solution by August 2025 to align with the upcoming budget cycle.
