- Description:
- The City of Calgary requires a Supplier to implement an Energy Equity Pilot Program (the “Pilot”). The Pilot will be designed to provide financial support for homeowners and renters to complete energy retrofits and improve the performance of the city-s residential buildings. The Pilot will also offer education opportunities for participants to learn about energy efficiency and behavioural measures. A concierge service will be incorporated into the Pilot, providing hands on support to help participants throughout the process, such as filling out applications, educating and directing to other social supports in our community. The program anticipates the following Phases: 1. Phase I - Program Launch; 2. Phase II - Program Implementation; and 3. Phase IIII - Documentation and Reporting.
