- The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (NVRC) invites detailed Proposals from consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in VoIP Phone Systems for the provision of consulting services and related hardware purchases to upgrade NVRC-s current on premise Mitel VoIP phone system. As part of this project the current Mitel system may be replaced or upgraded along with the phone handsets at NVRC-s 10 primary locations.
NVRC-s IT staff will be leading this project with the consulting services included in this RFP designed to assist with the technical work of provisioning the environment, initial setup and configuration as well as troubleshooting (as required). This project is designed to have NVRC IT staff leading the implementation, with support from subject matter experts.
