Summary Details:
The City of Prince Rupert is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in response to this request for proposals for the engineering design and environmental permitting of a submarine water main through Fern Passage.
Scope of Services
The services will comprise engineering design and environmental permitting for the Project, including without limiting:
- Project Management
- Preliminary Design
- Detailed Design
- Permit Application
- Cost Estimation
A detailed scope of services to be provided may be found within the RFP 22-12 documentation.
Closing Date and Location
Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 PM PDT on May 27, 2022 ("Closing").
Proposals shall be submitted in PDF format including a title page clearly marked with the RFP title, closing time, Proponent's name, and address, and must be sent addressed and delivered to the Client at the following e-mail address:
