- Call For ProposalsTender No. RFP-2025-RFFD-617Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for High Voltage Electrical Equipment Replacement ProgramThe scope of work requires the vendor to complete engineering investigation services, and asset replacements work required for the High Voltage Electrical Equipment ReplacementProgram. The vendor will ensure that the equipment is manufactured, installed, and commissioned to the specifications and requirements of all authorities having jurisdiction.The asset replacements contained within the HV Electrical Equipment Replacement Program have been categorised into six (6) work packages that are to be performed at four (4) different locations including Willowbrook Rail Maintenance Facility (RMF), Hamilton GO Layover, Shirley Avenue Layover (Kitchener) and Richmond Hill Layover. The vendor should be capable of performing the work packages in parallel.ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on January 19, 2026. ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONYour Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS.
