- The Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine (RDKS) is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a review of the administrative structure for the Emergency Management function of the RDKS including existing fire departments, emergency support services, emergency management, fire inspections and 911. In consultation with the RDKS, local fire departments and regional partners, the consultant will provide the deliverables as outlined herein, a comprehensive report with recommendations for how the RDKS should structure and manage their responsibilities for delivery of emergency services in the future.
