- The Corporation of the County of Essex (the "County") is requesting proposals from interested parties to provide an Intensive Supportive Housing Program (the "Program") to vulnerable adults with complex needs (the “Services”). The location of the Program must be within the geographic boundaries of the County of Essex, which, for clarity, excludes a location within the geographic boundaries of the City of Windsor.
The County invites responses from qualified Service Providers and/or Supportive Housing Facilities, which is defined as any residence, rest home, retirement home or boarding and lodging home which, for a fee, provides 24-hour supervision to vulnerable adults with complex needs.
