- The successful Proponent will work with the RM of Gimli Council and Administration to obtain the desired information and create conceptual designs of the proposed Gimli Fitness Centre. This would include gathering previous data within the RM of Gimli-s files and obtain additional data as required. Based on this information and detailed description of the spaces the RM would like included, the next step would be to create designs that provide conceptual illustrations that are based on current code requirements, along with construction and operating cost projections, and a long-term lifecycle management plan.
