- Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology ("MITT") invites proposals from qualified Canadian financial institutions (banks or credit unions) to provide comprehensive commercial banking services, as outlined in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). MITT reserves the right to award all, or part of the services outlined in this RFP at its sole discretion. MITT may also elect not to award any contract under this RFP. The initial contract term will be three (3) years, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years, at MITT's sole discretion. This RFP explicitly excludes investment and investment banking services, which will be procured separately.
