- Call For Tenders Tender No. RFP-2024-CPCM-579 Metrolinx is accepting Submissions from Proponents for Independent Systems Integration Expert Services for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension Stations, Rail, and Systems. The requirements and Scope of Work are described in the Request for Proposal Document and Proposal Document Forms which are only available through the Metrolinx MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) Portal at www.metrolinx.merx.com ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. Toronto, Ontario time on July 18, 2025. ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS.
