- The City of Dawson Creek invites interested service providers to submit a proposal for the operation of a new licensed childcare facility. The City is interested in partnering with an organization who has the necessary experience, knowledge, skills and resources to operate a childcare centre, develop responsive and inclusive programming, provide input into the design and construction phase of the new facility, and upon completion of the construction phase, continue this partnership by entering into an agreement to operate the new childcare facility. Proponents should understand this project is solely contingent on the City being successful in its grant application to the ChildCareBC New Spaces grant program and receiving funding.
