Calibri",sans-serif'The Board of Education of School District #38 (Richmond) is inviting Proposals for the provision of Leasing Services for Information Technology Equipment as further described in this RFP. Equipment may include, but is not limited to, Apple MacBook Airs, iMacs, iPads, Windows laptops, desktop PC-s, servers, network/datacentre infrastructure, and printers/multi-function devices. Computing devices will be refreshed on a 4 year schedule. Servers, network/datacentre infrastructure, and printers/multifunction devices will be refreshed on a 5 year schedule. Equipment will beleased at various starting points throughout each year based on the expirydates of current leases. span style="line-height:115%"Equipment, models, specifications, and totals are estimates and are subjectto change.
