Description:
The County of Frontenac invites interested proponents to provide a proposal for the supply and installation of a therapy tub, one bath lift chair, and one shower disinfectant system in its long-term care facility, Fairmount Home.
The submission shall include as a minimum:
All associated costs including, but not limited to, installation of new tub, removal and disposal of current unit, all applicable shipping costs, staff training and applicable taxesInterested proponents should be prepared to supply complete pricing models, as per the RFP.Description of the proponents experience in this type of workThree references related to similar projectsConfirmation that one installation visit is sufficient for project completionConfirmation that initial staff training will take place upon completion of installation
