Description : The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one (1) preferred proponent to enter into an Agreement for the provision of transportation and disposal of Bio-Medical and Pharmaceutical waste. The Agreement term shall be for three (3) years. YHC (The Owner) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend this Agreement for up to an additional two (2) years. The Owner shall not incur any liability should it choose not to exercise it exclusive option to renew the Agreement.
