Description : Call For Tenders Tender No. RFP-2021-STCX-326 Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Indigenous Culture Awareness Training for all Metrolinx Staff ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract: (A) Demonstrated expertise in Indigenous history and culture, decolonization and anti-racism with the program curriculum reviewed, vetted, and supported by traditional knowledge keepers and/or Indigenous organizations (B) Ability to tailor programming with Ontario-specific content, with a focus on the Metrolinx operating area (generally, the Greater Golden Horeshoe Area). (C) Ability to deliver a combination of virtual multi-media training and in-person seminars to executive-level audiences.
