Description : EPCOR-s intent for this project is the procurement of the design, fabrication, supply, and delivery of internal diameter not less than 1900mm and external diameter not exceeding 2070mm of Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Mortar (FRPM) sewer pipes, fittings, and appurtenances. The pipe should be supplied in nominal lengths of 3m (10 feet) or 2.44m (8 feet). The pipe will be used to reline the existing, 2250mm ID, 2.4km long NC3 tunnel, which is a segmental concrete tunnel installed by TBM, located along 153 Avenue between 113A Street and 88 Street in Edmonton, Alberta. The design includes blocking and annular space grouting details. The details are in the specification attached. The Proponent is being asked in its Reply to provide prices for each of the items listed in Items 1.1 through 1.4 in the table listed in Schedule B (Payment), being the: (i) 1.95m (78”) nominal inside diameter in 3.00m (or 2.44m) length of Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Mortar (FRPM) Pipes; (ii) 1.80m (72”) nominal inside diameter in 3.00m (or 2.44m) length of Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Mortar (FRPM) Pipes; (iii) 1.50m (60”) nominal inside diameter in 3.00m (or 2.44m) length of Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Mortar (FRPM) Pipes; and (iv) grout ports and caps.
