Description : Request for Proposal Summary WFN is requesting proposals from qualified, professional and reputable firms to assist in the review and update of the Health Services Plan, as part of a mandatory 5 year update. The existing Health Plan (Attachment "A" - Health Plan) was implemented in 2015/2016. The Health Services Plan, Review and Update project will be initiated while two other very important community consultation projects are underway. These two projects are: - Community Comprehensive Plan Review and Update - Education, Employment and Training Needs Assessment. WFN expects the three projects to overlap and coincide with one another. Furthermore, this project requires a minimal amount of community consultation, which will need to be orchestrated with the proponents leading the other projects.
