- This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to supply and install of a VoIP Dial Telephone PBX system, VoIP telephones, and Public Address/General Alarm system for Northern Adventure vessel at BC Ferries location in Richmond. Vessel Visit (a) The vessel visit will take place on November 29, 2024 at 09:15 AM Pacific Time. Each proponent-s attendance is mandatory. Proposals received from proponents who did not attend the vessel visit shall be rejected. Proponent-s attendees will meet at the security guard shack in BC Ferries Fleet Maintenance Yard, 12800 Rice Mill Rd, Richmond, BC V6W 1A1, at 09:00 AM local time to allow for sign-in before the visit starts Proponent attendees may wish to bring their own Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). (b) BC Ferries requires proponents to confirm their attendance to the vessel visit via email to Pamela Paredes Gomez by November 27, 2024 at 1:30 PM Pacific Time.
