- Conceptual, preliminary and detailed engineering design. Construction inspection and management services. The City is seeking to retain a successful proponent (“Consultant”) who demonstrates progressive experience in project management, design, and implementation of multiple relevant projects over a period of at least ten years, for this project. Relevant projects experience should include highway design including public transit and active transportation infrastructure. The Consultant is expected to address the specific road section needs and deliver preliminary and detailed designs for the widened sections, new bridge and new section of road as described in the RFP documents.
