Description:
The IESO is currently undergoing a Program of work to update and enhance its work spaces (the “Future@Work Program” or the “Program”). The Program is currently in the planning and execution phase for two (2) office renovation Projects at its downtown Toronto (“Adelaide”) and Mississauga (“Clarkson”) locations. Each location will be delivered as an individual project.The IESO is seeking a qualified firm to supply, install & provide extended warranty services for Audio Visual equipment at both the Adelaide and Clarkson locations. An overview and further details of the current estimates for projected projects can be found in Section 2.1 of this Appendix B.The Service Provider will be expected to provide detailed engineered drawings, supply all products, services, installation, software and programming, testing and commissioning for complete and functional systems as intended in this document. All products and components for the complete system may not be listed in this documentation. It will be the responsibility of the Service Provider to provide detailed engineered solutions and supply all requirements for full and complete working systemsProponents should be aware that the IESO has retained RDH Architects as its design and engineering team (the “Prime Consultant”) responsible for all architectural design and engineering services related to the Program.
